In this pauri, and next 3 pauri, Guru Nanak dev ji talks about the importance of understanding. By understanding Prabhu-Parmatma’s hukam, and remembering his naam (name) as mentioned in previous paurii’s, our mind gets to a higher state, similar to Deities, Deva’s, Sadhu’s, etc…
